Welcome to Atlas Art. Here you can find limited edition equine, hunting & horse racing art prints and greetings cards taken from equestrian and animal paintings & drawings by sporting and equestrian artist, Ruth Buchanan.
Ruth Buchanan has been drawing horses since childhood. After a career in graphic design she returned to her first love, painting horses, and now works from her studio near Wetherby, West Yorkshire. In addition to painting her own observations, Ruth is widely commissioned and has worked in America, Portugal and Dubai as well as the UK.
In 2011 many of you will have seen Ruth's paintings at Chatsworth Horse Trials, Bramham Horse Trials and Burghley Horse Trials in the Lifestyle Pavilion. We are currently booking shows for 2012 and will post on the website as we have them confirmed.
